Cashback policy update notification
Extremerebate will adjust the method of cashback process and no longer automatically send money to the buyer, so there are also some modifications on the website.
1.We will close the ‘withdraw’ button. In addition to QA and extra cashback, other cashback will be returned to you through paypal from seller. You may receive transfer from different paypal accounts.
2.After the seller confirms the order number, the status changes to ‘order confirmed’, the seller will refund within 48 hours. If you have not received the cashback after the timeout, please contact us in time.
3. After the seller refund you successfully, the status will become ‘rebated’. At this time, you needs to confirm whether received the cash back within 24 hours. (You can click ‘refund received ’ from email or on the extremerebate)If you do not confirm after the timeout, the system will automatically confirm the payment. If the status changes to ‘rebated’, but you have not received the money, click ‘refund not received’. We will look into it.
4. If there is any problem about the order, the seller may stop the cashback and the order status changes to ‘Rebate Closed’. In that case, please check if the order has been refunded on Amazon. If you have any questions, please contact us.
5. After confirming the cashback (Click ‘refund received’ ), you can submit a review for the request back.
